Summary: The District's copier agreement with Zoom for the Toshiba office copiers expired in July, 2019. The District is currently spending about $8,000 per month on its copiers. The District has been investigating a possible replacement agreement. The three vendors, Zoom, Image2000, and RayMorgan all submitted contracts for the next 3 years. District technology and Fiscal departments have reviewed proposals on financial and technological aspects. The District would like to move forward with recommending RayMorgan for a monthly cost of $3,823 which includes training and maintenance. The District technology department believes that RayMorgan is best suited to deliver, service, and support the Canon product over the next three years. If approved, District technology would prefer a December roll-out of the copiers, during the winter recess.
Funding: $3,823/month for 36 months
Recommendation: Recommend approval of copier agreement with RayMorgan.
